Easy to get a title..if you are the admin of their estate.. if not it will go thought probate . You can't sell it without it.. And the next owner be able to title it..
This ad states no title.. so I doubt the owner died and a legal admin of the estate is selling it. as they could get a title..
It is worthless scrap without a title..
Sadly.. many sell vehicles they don't own, they go up to n.h. that owner tags it, and then resell it with notarized b.o.s.
Happens a lot to snow birds.
