They are used. Rubber are not perfect. They have some imperfections on them. But are the the harder style to find. Chrome is good, not show quality, but good for daily driver or original truck. One bumper guard has a little surface rust below rubber but I think most of it would come off with steel wool. $150 plus shipping. Attached Images
