How to remove trim under back glass?Cab corner question?

I have been stripping my 87 Silverado down for paint. How do I get to the fasteners that hold the silver rear cab molding that wraps around the door pillar under the back glass.I can't see no way from inside to take nuts off of the fasteners that hold the trim.
My cab corners are gonna get replaced.I can't look down from the inside behind the seat to see how bad they are.I have been able to see down there working on 67-72 c10's.Are they anything else I can remove to see down there?
