Truck lowered and now resting on lower A arm bump stop
Lowered the truck yesterday 4.5/6 with a McGaughy's kit.
Now the front is resting on the bump stop. After searching I haven't found an answer so I'm asking. I know many have removed them but I also saw that some trimmed them. My concern is that it's currently resting on the bump stops and the springs are new so it should settle a little. How much more will it drop? Did my springs drop it that much? I haven't seen anyone else post about this problem, so hopefully it's just me and I can just remove the bump stops but I'd hate to do that and then find out that I needed some of it. My other concern is there is only 1" between the top of my tire and the inner fender. Any advice? Here's a pic of it resting on the bump stop. Thanks in advance!
