Considering buying an 82 GMC. Need some advice please.

Gentlemen, I am not new to trucks as I have a 72 Cheyenne super, but I am pretty clueless when it comes to the square body trends and values, and so am looking for some advice.

Truck I am looking at is an 82 GMC sierra custom deluxe. PS, PB, AC, PW, PD, and tilt column. Gauges but no tach. Sliding rear window. The truck has been customized and no longer has bumpers, drip rails or side mirrors. Body work seems to have been very nice, and the paint is very nice as well. Not a hack job. Everything is super straight. Someone spent the time on the body work. Has a 350 small block (not original) that is a bit warmed over with a cam. Nothing crazy. 700r4 trans. Lowered with spindles...etc. Interior is nice with buckets and console. Everything works except the AC. All components are there but not working.

Generally speaking a nice looking & running truck. I have NO CLUE what these things are worth. Can you guys please give me some general guidance? 10K will buy it, but is that a fair price?
