Tire advice please

So I finally got some 15 x 8 rally rims to replace the garbage that was on the truck when I bought it. I lowered the truck (1967) 2 inches in back and believe the front is stock height.

I like the "full wheel well" look, but don't want to have to worry about the tires rubbing. What size tires would you recommend? I would like to see some pics of trucks on 15 x 8 rims with the tire size listed.

Considering the possibility of smaller tires on the front, not sure how that would look with rallys. Opinions?

Attached is a pic of truck as it is now so you can see the ride height. Please try not to look at the wheels I have now, they will gone in a few days
