Rear End Question

Newbie here. I recently acquired a 72 c20 and I will modernizing the drivetrain and doing a full restomod. It’ll be a 5.3l mated to a 4l60e. My question is if I would be able to swap in a 2008 Escalade rear end with 3.42 gears and 6 lug in place of the 8 lug rear end. This would allow me to use modern stock Chevy wheels and have rear discs. The front would obviously be swapped to 6 lugs as well.
