Ride Height and Tire Size Help

Hi guys! I am looking for some help with ride height and tire size on my 64 C10 short bed stepside. I have included a couple of pictures of the look I am going for.

I am thinking of using a little larger tire than what many seem to use (30-32” tall and 10.4-10.8” wide) if they will fit well. But very open to experienced opinions of course!

I really like the way the green truck is setup (with a little more sidewall). Any idea what the tire height is and how much, if any, the front and rear has been lowered? I was thinking that maybe a 31.5” tire with 2” lowering spindles and 2” lowering springs in the rear may get me close?

My truck will is COMPLETELY torn apart right now so I can’t do any measurements.

Thanks for your help.
