Adding to the C20
I got the spare 2-6 volts hooked up to the winch so I started on my next little project.
AIR: I bought a older air ride system back several years ago that I was going to install on my 71 C10 but never have and probably never will. I decided the ramp needed a air supply so. I put together a small system to supply air if needed on the road. Going to have 120PSI when done on a 3 gallon tank with a auto cutoff for it. Going to run the hot off the contactor for the winch to a relay to power it then to the pressure switch then to compressor. I wire so it only has 12 volts when the truck is running. Will mount everything under the bed and have brackets for the compressor to sit level.

Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs. |
