Moog Lower Ball Joint Zerk Fitting Issue

The rest of my parts arrived today and I took them out of the boxes to make sure everything matched etc... and I noticed something weird about the lower ball joint zerk fitting. It is offset on both, more on one of them. Upon closer inspection, it looks like there is a gap in the rubber beneath the zerk . My gut is to call and get replacements, but I wanted to see what others have experienced with these Moog parts.

You can see in the first picture problem (at least maybe a problem). There is a gap in the rubber. I was going to put the zerk in and pump in some grease, but before I do that, I wanted others opinions.
