AC System: SBC to LS

I posted another thread about the trans swap and have another question regarding AC. I have a good 350 motor currently and want to keep it for now as I am not driving the truck much. With this said, I have a stock AC truck but only the condenser is left. I am wondering if I can pull a LS AC system from a truck and install it on the SBC by changing the compressor pulley to v-belt. Then when I swap to LS it would be pretty much setup less the location of the compressor and changing back to serpentine. Thoughts on the feasibility of this or another method to hook up AC now on the SBC with minimal changes when converting to LS? Thanks.
