Please Name That Part

I was using the impact to remove the cab mounts on my 1973 C20 and in the dust and crust on the garage floor underneath the passenger side footwell mount, I also found the part pictured below (two different views of the same part).

It's not piece of the mount bushing. Is it a front end part jarred loose when I was working on the cab mounts? Something else that coincidentally dropped off my truck? Or a stowaway that went for a ride in the innards of my truck but doesn't actually belong there? Any help would be appreciated...
