Got the bed and tailgate stripped down and welded up the holes. Dents got fixed and finally got it primed. Used Urekem etching and then high build primer from Thecoatingstore.com
Primer sprayed nice and seemed to cover well. First time using their products and I was honestly “skeptical” given how cheap it was. In the end their primer looked, sprayed, covered, and even smelled like RM Diamont DP20. Hopefully it’ll sand as good as DP20. Naturally, we found a few ding dents in the bed floor that we missed, but nothing that can’t be fixed now.
