Name That Bolt! - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

Does anyone know what these are called? If I knew what folks call 'um, I might be able to search 'um out!
I've tried searching online for studs, should bolts, wing bolts, double bolts, etc, etc!
I need a couple of 3/8 x 3/8 for mounting my AC bracket on the intake to keep from disturbing the threads in the head when I pull the valve cover. (it won't clear the bracket without tearing the gasket off!)
