'70 k20 doors

Hi folks,
My doors are hitting on the lower outside corner to the cab (under the striker). I was wondering if anyone could help point me to a HowTo on adjusting this?

I am also interested in knowing if I can use newer doors (like 1972) for this year of cab? I really want to get rid of the wing windows and looking at Brother's for the kit to convert seems a bit pricey at $400.
