72 k10 LS 6.0 swap passenger manifold question

Had my LS 6.0 swap done for a year or so with the TH350...I rebuilt a 700r4 and will be installing it sometime soon. My transfer case is in the stock position and I want to keep it there. So I will be moving the 6.0 forward about 2 inches...I have plenty of room at the front and slider mounts. But the dirty dingo cross member looks like it will interfere with the blocked EGR port on the passengers manifold..what have others done?
