1970 EEC in-cab fuel lines question

So I swapped cabs from a 70 to a 69 cab over the weekend. The 69 cab does not have the eec fuel lines but the 70 does. I've tried removing the fuel lines they seem to go up the b-pillar and loop down according to some schematics I've seen. I released the retaining bolt and clip but I cannot get the lines down is it possible to remove them or are they spot-welded in up there somehow? There's one line on the driver side and two lines on the passenger side I believe the two lines on the passenger side is just a loop.

Thanks
