69 c10 250 flywheel grinding starter housing

Hey guys,

I got a 69 c10 that I threw a early 70s 250 in and threw in a spare flywheel from my 76 c10 that had a 250 also. Got a reman starter from
Advance and the flywheel teeth are just nicking the inside of the starter housing. My bell housing is stock to the truck and has the 3x bolt mount for a starter. Any ideas besides swapping starters for the 2 bolt to engine or just using a grinder for some clearance? Thanks for any insight.
