Torque Converter

So I have everything I NEED for my engine swap (minus oil and other start-up things I can get at the local auto store), but I am wondering if I should consider installing a new torque converter. I am going from a 305 to a 350 with about 365hp. The tranny in the truck is staying, and it has been rebuilt recently, but I don't know what that work consisted of. It is a th350 tranny. Should I pony up for a new converter, and if so, which one should I consider for this engine?

Thanks guys
