Rac Registered User Join Date: Jul 2016 Location: Arizona Posts: 324	Upper Window Glass Run Channel Seal I'm doing my doors, got a kit for the door glass. the old Upper Window Glass Run Channel Seal that i pulled out has a corrugated metal core. the new kit is just rubber with felt. do i need the metal core? if i recall correct when i replaced the channel seal 28 years ago the original had the metal core. __________________ 1965 Suburban, 2 wd.,292, 4-speed. proudly owned and operated since Valentines day 1969.
