1969 K10 Rear Suspension Mount Location

The front mounts for my 1969 K10 SWB rear leaf springs have obviously been previously modified (this truck is a hillbilly engineered mutt), but I'm trying to figure out if there was a reason why... or if not what the proper placement is... before replacing my sagging leaf springs.

Anyone have insight, pics of stock locations, or even better yet--dimensions? The only insight I've found in the service manual is the image attached.
