Lightbulb Smelly Truck?

I have been trying to get rid of this rich gas smell for about 3 months now. I had my holley rebuilt thought that was the reason, got just a little better but not much, put new mufflers no diiference. Do any one have the same problem I've been contemplating getting the tank out of the truck and moving it to the back. Can you guys give any suggestions to what it could be because I hate smelling like I've been standing in front of the exhuast pipe all day, when in fact I just drove to the store and back. Thanks Sealw98.
