Very few of us other than you know that Blissfield is in Michigan. You might consider adding "MI" to your location.
I think my biggest issue will be that I won’t find one around here that’s not rusted all to hell unless it’s someone’s abandoned project and they fixed it all already. Out of state buys will have it’s own issues. Like transportation costs and possibly buying site unseen or travel time.

Lol even ppl who live in SE Michigan don’t know that Blissfield is in SE Michigan.
