Need Help, knocking-pinging
Hey all,
I need some help on my 81 Chevy C10. It started knocking - pinging on the way home the other day. It just started out of nowhere. I have changed to 91 octane fuel, changed plugs and checked timing. All are good but I still can't get rid of the "Tick - Tick - Tick" only under load or if I rev up the engine. I am at a loss, if anyone has any ideas or has had the same issue, please let me know. Thanks for all your help!
