What to do with the hole in the side of my truck????

Well, I relocated the gas tank to the bed. Now I have a hole behind my door. Just was wondering if everyone could give me some ideas on what to do or what you did with your own? I know filling it and painting would be the best way, but it was already painted and I just want to drive it

I'm planning on using the origianl filler neck and gas cap somehow, but I don't know exactly how yet...

Thanks
