Thinking about blacking out the grille on my '68
I am doing some winter maintenance on my 68 C10. It is light blue with the white grill. It's all chipped up, and in pretty rough shape. The more I sand on it, the more I keep thinking, a nice satin black grill with polished inserts might look good. Like tough.
Yes, I know that they didn't come that way. I don't care about that. Any thoughts, or better yet pictures of 67's or 68's with blacked out grills? Probably won't squirt paint for a few weeks. I got some time to think about it. -Currently staring at my truck drinking a Sam Adams
