Difficulty decoding a VIN#

Hi guys:
I saw this GMC truck at junk yard for sale. It is 3/4 ton but the frame looked shorter than my long bed. It didn't have a bed and I didn't have a measuring tape. Anyways, this is the VIN # CM20DZA14022.

So, what is the "M" and "D" stand for? I don't see these letters on the decoding thread. Do 3/4 tons come short bed? It has 10 bolt read and glove box sticker says it is 127 wheel base.
Thanks
