Chev grille fit a GMC?

It looks like if I want an affordable chrome grill for my 64 GMC my cheapest option is to buy the repop Chevy chrome grill (the plain 65 one without the Chevrolet letters on it). I'm not concerned with it being all correct as I'm already making a bunch of resto modifications. The GMC has dual headlights, the Chevy single. I'll have to get the pots,etc for behind the headlights. I know others have done mix and match grills. I'm wondering what's involved to change this. I got a brand new GMC rad support with the truck when I bought it partially restored.
