What is this truck worth?..

Hey guys. I’m new here, and have always wanted to do this and am getting close. The garage is getting prepped, and I have a potential buy in the works. This is where I need your help. I do not know what to offer this guy. I have no pics so I’ll do my best to describe it. I believe it’s a 72, short box. The front grill has the bow tie in the middle of the split grille. Not running. Original motor and trans. He says there is a 350, 4 bolt for it in the back, along with some extra body and interior parts. Been sitting outside for 8 approx years, almost sunk in the ground. Frame looks good. Most body panels have some rust and pin holes in them. Original paint. The box is there, but unsure of bed condition. No title or ownership, so I would have to obtain these documents. Let me know your thoughts and ideas. Keep in mind to tell me what you would offer this guy, based on the description above.
