LWB Bedsides with Trim

I have a set of red and white LWB bedsides with trim. I did a short wheel base conversion on these and don't need them or have room to store them. They are original from what I can tell and in good condition on the sides. I am asking $300 total for both bedsides including trim. Located in Durham, NC. I will note the issues I see:

DS: Crack in rear stake pocket about 1/2" long (see pic).
DS: Rear stake pocket is rotten at the bottom, I would weld in about 2" new steel here. The bed floor had some big dents in it and one was right beside the DS rear stake pocket and it would pool water/dirt.
PS: Ding on back corner (see pic)
PS: Dent/wave (looks like a butt dent) about 2' back from the front that I can't really get a good picture of, you have to look down the side to see it. I didn't notice it for months but it is there. I would think this could be popped out with paintless dent repair.
PS: Bottom rear trim has 2 pop rivets in it.
Both: Surface rust on the lip that sits on the bed floor and where the wheelwells bolted up.

Other than that, pretty solid. Most of the inner panels is primed as I was going to roll in a bedliner before I decided to go full custom with SWB. The inside of the bedsides have been wire brushed, rust coated, and undercoated as I did this to the entire underside of the bed/frame etc.

Must be picked up as I have no way to transport them. I have priced them to move them quickly so I have my apartment back.
