At last! The Resto begins
I have had my 72 Shortbed BB truck for 6 years now. In that time I have collected thousands of dollars worth of parts and I am happy to say that I have finally taken the big leap of faith and started the actual refinishing process!
I am sure I will have many questions over the next 6-8 months most certainly during re-installation. I wanted to extend a big thanks to you all this far. Without the help of this board it would be near impossible to do the same quality of restoration. Not to mention the cost of having to re-do something that you may be unsure of. Here are a couple of shots of my first batch of powdercoated parts. I have the body slotted in at the body shop in the middle of next month.
