84 GMC K10 - bent rear shock stud / mount

I've had enough of these trucks over the years to have experience with cracking around the steering gear, cracks around front shock mounts etc - but never seen this...

84 GMC SWB 4x4. 160K. Driver / resto. Went to replace the rear coil over shocks that have probably been there 15 years (of course because the rear leaf springs have sagged - I'm going to replace them when I lift it)....luckily I randomly picked the Right Rear shock to start on.

The shock stud itself doesn't look bent. It looks like the actual frame where the shock stud mounts is tweaked. No wreck damage on this truck whatsover btw...

This one has me scratching my head. Thinking of breaking out the torch, heating the area around where the stud goes through the frame and whacking on the stud itself to get it more or less straight then replacing the stud.

Any ideas?
