64 c10 fuel tank.

Hey all, any tips for cleaning out a fuel tank?

I have 2 of them. One that was in the truck has a ton of junk and crap in it. The other looks practically brand new. So obviously the better looking one is going in the truck and I'm not interested in attempting to clean the bad tank. The good looking tank is starting to show what I assume is some of the zinc from the galvanized coating to appear inside the tank. From what I can reach with my fingers it comes right off. How do I get at the stuff I cant reach? There is zero rust inside this tank and zero sediment. But I want the powdery white stuff out. Any tips? Thanks.
