Support suburban body

I’m planning to separate my suburban body from the frame this weekend. I am going to leave to body on jackstands in the driveway while I work on the frame in the garage. My thinking was to run 4x4 timbers between the body and frame, support those on the ends with jack stands, and lower/roll the frame out from under. Has anyone else done it this way? Anything I should be cautious of?
