I have heard horror stories about the GM crate world as well, so I guess it is all about Luck of the draw.
There is no doubt about it, you just don't know till you run it. At least they stood by their warranty and took responsibility. I like to hear that. It's like you say, there is a horror story about every product out there. Hopefully I will be apart of the happy masses once I decide on a setup.
