Suspension issue

So I finally completed the cpp lowering setup on my 72 shortbed. One side of the rear is 2 inches higher than the other. Thought, that's odd. Swapped springs from one side to the other and no difference, still same 2 inches. I dont see any damage to the frame or trailing arms. It was mostly level before this, but the springs had been heated to lower the truck originally. Any ideas on what to look at?

Thanks
