You mentioned possibly capping off the vent line that goes to the charcoal canister. For what it’s worth, I did that and had an issue with the truck dying occasionally. It would start right back up. I think it was some kind of vapor lock issue. After I hooked up the vent line it stopped happening. I’m running the stock TBI. Just a word of warning on that. I’m still not 100% sure if that’s what the problem was.

Thanks! I plan on running a vented gas cap. I haven't had issues with the K10, but I'll have to keep it in mind.

For me it didn't matter what side it was on, because I'll have to modify the bed / fill anyways. Mostly it was how it clocked the fuel pump module line output.
