Is my balancer fully on?

Hi guys,
It sounds kind of like I'm bottomed out, but I'm not 100% certain. Does this balancer look like it's on there all the way? Chevy 230.

I was thinking maybe it is still off by 1/16" - 1/8". I've been using a sheet of 3/4" plywood on the face, and smacking the hell out of it with a hammer. I've also been whacking on it with a heavy rubber mallet. I tried putting ice on the crank nub to cool it down, and poured boiling water on the balancer to heat it up, that helped me get it to where it is now.
