1964-66 instrument gauges overlay decal kit

i read several months ago that someone used to make instrument panel gauges overlay decal kit. I tried to contact the business of 60-66 Truck Shop Gauge cluster restoration decals in California with no luck http://www.60thru66chevytrucks.com/services.html

Don't know if they are out of business or not. what i'm really trying to find is 2 ea vacuum gauge decals. If anybody know who still makes these decals any help would be appreciated
