1971 Original Valve covers?

I'm trying to figure out what the original valve covers looked like on a 71 Chevy C10 350 engine.

We need to replace the ones we have - which are off a '73.

My closest guess is something like this reproduction: https://www.ebay.com/itm/Transdapt-S...cAAOSwcqxcGHSg

As a secondary question, what about the sticker that was on it? I found a forum string on here, but it was talking about a '69 model, and I didn't see clear verification of which sticker should've been on a '71? It's a Cheyenne - but I don't think that part matters for this.
