Broken Rear Cab Mount Bushing Bolt

'70 Chevy C10 stepside/shortbed 2wd.

Hey Chevy fans! Changing really old cab mount bushings. The PO had the bolt break off up in the hole on the drivers rear side. He put in the top bushing and then welded a bracket in. Pics below show the new upper bushing in.

My inside cab resto is done so I'd really (understatement) rather not have go in from the top inside the cab. lol

Any ideas out there how to get that bolt out?
