Burb Frame vs. Truck Frame

Are burb frames wider in the rear? I am trying to install a No Limit shock relocation kit on my burb and the shocks are angled in toward the center of the truck like the top mount is too far out. The only explanation I have is that the frame is wider on the burb and the mounts are designed on a truck frame.
