Talking You can't beat FREE!!!!

I had a friend form years ago text me about 2 weeks ago as I was getting things ready for the car show in Myrtle beach last weekend. He had a 66 Chevy truck that his dad bought new in Andreson SC. He told me if I knew anybody interested in it that he would give them the truck. I told him to send me some pictures of it and I would ask around.

He sent me pictures that night and it turned out it was a 68 step. Needless to say I took the truck with original title and the key for it. It's a LWB all original down to the rust on it. It needs a bunch of work but I'm going to get it running and let my daughter have it. It had some work done to it about 4 years ago when it was parked. New tank installed and brakes all around it. The motor was running then, we will see. We took it out of gear and it rolled free which was nice the winch pulled it right up onto the ramp without any problems.

The ramp truck made it's first full size haul today as well and did just fine.
Last picture is Donnie & my daughter! My daughter is happy as could be about it. She is looking forward to getting it on the road.

Get out and drive the truck this summer and have some fun!
It sucks not being able to hear!

LWB trucks rule, if you don't think so measure your SWB!
After talking to tech support at Air Lift I have found out that the kit I need is 60811. Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs.
