I was really proud of 'Ol Blue these past weeks.

I recently lost my job as a technician and went looking, and found, a better job. Anyway, the only vehicle capable of carrying my 1000 pound tool box and tools is my old 65 long stepper- 'Ol Blue.
I live in San Diego, traffic is a bear, especially at rush hour. Blue ran all over hell and gone- like about 300-400 miles, stop and go, fast and slow 5MPH to 70MPH in the same 2 minutes, with that weight in the back and never missed a beat.
Blue's a 250 inch six with an SM420- original mostly.
I had to pat it on the hood when I got home tonight. Job well done. Just like when it was new.
