bigmoe Registered User Join Date: Oct 2014 Location: Brandon, Manitoba, Canada Posts: 1,001	What possible gear ratio? 70 1/2 ton Any idea what the gear ratio might be for a 70 1/2 ton with a 6 cyl std trans? It might have been a 3 on the tree but I see an aftermarket floor shifter in the pictures. Is there any way to tell by data plate? or do I have to look for stamped numbers on the tube? The truck is a distance away so I'm wondering if it's worth driving to check the ratio. I want a 3.73.
