Who here is running a 350ci with a 3 in the tree??

I am going to swap out the inline for the mighty 350 that most of the guys here are running. How does a 350 run when it's backed by a 3 speed? Will the 3 speed be good enough if I am not planning on using it for a lot of highway travelling? Do I have to replace the rad to supply more coolant to the bigger engine?? If I add headers to this 350, will the shift linkage for the column shift be in the way? sorry bout all the questions, i just want to know everything there is, before I do the engine swap. Please help!! Thanks again
