18 inch wheels on '72 4wd

The '72 (4wd) has been sitting in my parents garage for 7-8 years, and I'm putting together my to-do list so I can pull it out and get it running again. I know it will need new tires, and I happen to have a set of almost new Michelin defender LTX's sitting in the garage, but they are for an 18 inch wheel (275-60-18 i think).

Does anyone know of an 18" rim that will fit on the stock 44/12 bolt axles? It will probably be a few weeks before I can get up to the vehicle and measure, and I wasn't able to find anything via the search.
