Ramhorns on my 327

I have. Oth the 2.5" and 2" manifolds here beside my engine. Engines is a rebuilt 327. Builder says should be at 350hp and 375 pounds torque at the flywheel aprox . Has a roller cam in it. If I use the 2" (with 2 1/4 pipes) instead of the 2.5" am I really going to be leaving a lot of power the table that I will regret it? It's an automatic so it's never going to be over 5000 rpm. Anyone with experience on these. And I will not do headers.
