Rochester B woes....

In an earlier thread I asked about the bowl to horn bolts loosening...I have a new problem....

I torqued the bolts to 70 in-lbs a few days ago - checked them yesterday and they needed a bit more torquing to get them to 70 in-lbs...but...one bolt stripped before it got to 70 in-lbs. I assume the bowl threads are what stripped - should I have heli-coils put in the bowl bolt holes, or should I (hopefully) find an NOS bowl?
