McGauphy Lowering kit

I've been doing some research on lowering kits. Trying to figure out how much I want to drop, and then which company/parts to use.

I think I've decided on 3.5"/4" drop, or a 3"/5" drop. I was set at 3/5, but then took a measurement of my fender heights from the floor, and they are only about a 1/2" different from front to back.

I was searching to see what I'm going to have to budget and I found the McGauphy 3.5"/4" drop kit - part # 7172C10-34G. What I can't figure out, is how it compares to the other brands. I see a lot of ECE and CPP (or something like that) recommended on here, but can't find much on the McGauphy brand.

It's more in my budget than some of the other brands, at just under $500. My budget doesn't allow for $1500-$2000 kits. Especially with all of the other things I'm going to have to pay for.

Do you guys have any reviews, or info/thoughts on the McGauphy brand?
